PWR Europe Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will receive the full refund to the value
of the order (delivery costs not included).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bear the delivery cost of the return of the product/order and the item/s must be received by PWR within 14 days of you informing us that you are returning the item/s.

All returns are to be accompanied by the sender’s name and address, contact telephone number, invoice number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

If items are received outside of the 14-day period PWR reserves the right to levy a re-stocking charge of not less than 25%.

A refund will be processed within 14 days of PWR receiving the item back (subject to the
above points).

This applies to all orders with us unless:

Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to repair or credit
as per PWR’s Warranty Policy. In this instance PWR will either arrange to
collect the item or offer you a credit note on return including a maximum of £15
postage costs.

 

Special Orders/Bespoke
Parts - we cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

Shortage or Products Damaged in Transit

It is your responsibility as the customer to advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 2 days of receipt. In circumstances where Items have been delivered with obvious signs of transport damage this must be noted and signed for with the courier at the time of delivery in order to process your claim. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
