PWR Europe Website Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on providing you with the very best delivery service for your PWR Consignment and we work closely with our logistics partners who will ensure your goods arrive safely and in good time.

An automated email will be sent to you, to confirm shipping and tracking information, once the order has shipped. Please use these tracking details when looking to ascertain a delivery date/time.

 All orders, for stock items, will be shipped the same day if ordered before 12:00 noon. For orders placed after 12:00 they will be shipped the next working day.

 PWR will contact you via phone/email in instances where orders are placed for items that are not in stock when the lead-time will be over 7 days.

UK Shipping Guide

• For Mainland UK PWR use Royal Mail.
• UK Mainland shipping times are generally next working day however there are instances where this cannot be achieved. PWR cannot be held responsible for this occurrence.

 UK Non-Mainland & European Shipping Guide

• For Non-Mainland UK & Europe PWR use both TNT.
• UK Non-Mainland & European shipping can be up to 5 working days and there are instances where this cannot be achieved. PWR cannot be held responsible for this occurrence.

 Custom Duties & VAT

• The PWR website gives you product pricing including and excluding VAT.
• If you are purchasing goods from within the UK, you will be charged VAT at the current rate.
• If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, you will not be charged VAT.
• If purchasing from outside the UK, you will be charged duty and VAT on the goods you have purchased from PWR as they enter your country. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure these extra charges are paid on entry into the importing country.
